Early AM

I wondered why I was awake at 6:40 this morning, tossing, turning, and finally just throwing in the (bath) towel and resigning myself to get a shower and head into work early.

Jet lag. Duh. Didn't affect me yesterday because I was exhausted from getting in late from the flight. Double duh.
