2. Somehow, Bugzilla can support this style of conversation as well. Damn them. Damn them all. Bugzilla's user prefs support fixing this, but it shouldn't even be necessary.

1. I don't know who invented it, but the "newest text first" method of threading that Outlook uses, where a persons remarks come before the thing upon which they're remarking, pisses me off.
