According to the records we keep at work (and we keep very detailed records), I have had the best January ever in terms of billable hours worked.

Furthermore, that January is the sixth best billable month in the company's history, meaning there have been only five times since — what, 1999? — five times since 1999 that people have knocked it out of the ballpark harder or better than I did in the last 30-odd days.

Very odd.
