I'm happy to report that the Series Two Doctor Who DVD set will include the 5-minute Children in Need special. This is a significant five minute interval that forever changes the Doctor's relationship with Rose in a very profound way that combines a slight weakness in the dorsal tubercle with nut loaf and a bond that really can't be broken with the one you love, even if he changes every cell in his body.

The Children in Need special is an important thing to watch if you want to appreciate the first conversation Rose ever has with Ten, especially considering that without it there's almost no correlation between the ending in "The Parting of the Ways" and the beginning of "The Christmas Invasion".
