Legislator wants government to control reproduction

I dunno. If an Indiana lawmaker wants to restrict who can make babies, I kinda have to support that.

The basic idea is that the bill will only effect artificial insemination, and hey: that's a start. My utopia places restrictions on baby-making of the completely old-fashioned variety as well: stupid people should not be allowed to breed. First we had Buck v. Bell, and now we have this. It won't last, of course, but a man can dream though.
