I haven't. He was totally not "all up ons" in The Third Man. Anton Karas carried that movie, and he was the frickin' balalaikaist, or whatever-the-hell you call 'em. Autoharpist, maybe. Crazy instrument music man. I can't believe I'm drawin' a blank on this one.
