Woo! Irrelevant!

After about five years of stagnating my ICQ account, I figured out how to get Mirabilis to send me a new password. This is quite a pleasant turn of events, seeing how as I have completely put my old ICQ password out of my mind, and even though accounts are free, there's something to be said for doing everything in my power to keep my less-than-20,000,000 ICQ number. Lord knows what they're up to now.

The only problem is that I have absolutely zero ICQ contacts, what with the ignoring the service for five years. This could pose problems and, perhaps, make this a hollow victory. Nonetheless, I remain delighted at finally having every button in Trillian lit up.

Edit: It occurs to me that I have neglected to mention the difficulty of getting a new ICQ password was compounded by the fact that I had registered with Mirabilis with my CWRU e-mail address, which CWRU generously took back from me last December. It's hard to get ICQ to mail you a new password when you no longer control the account to which they're willing to send it.
