MetaVNC: a "review"

Tried MetaVNC. Hated it.

It's TightVNC in every way, shape, and form save for one: the VNC window is transparent, meaning that from inside the VNC window, you can still double-click things on your local desktop without ever taking your eyes off of remote windows. If this is the kind of thing you love, MetaVNC is going to be a neat toy and potentially useful.

I, on the other hand, hate it. I haven't found a single thing in this world better than TightVNC, and now you can't say I'm not looking.
