Ouch

Cut myself shaving badly enough to feel the need to rush to the urgent care place.

They didn't want to try stitching the skin back onto my finger, so they just used a sticky clear film, something between scotch tape and Saran Wrap.

I'd forgotten how much tetanus shots hurt afterwards.

Now I have on a splint and a big gauze finger-condom because for the next seven days I'm not allowed to move my finger or get it wet.

This is going to suck.
