Ouch.

After many months of just talking about it, I finally went to the gym with Alon last night. Ever since then I ache, and moreso than usual.

Turns out that, after poking the various pained parts of my body tonight, I've discovered a new muscle group I never knew I had. That brings the current total up to six.
