No Whey

It is apparently quite easy to make cheese. This is not to say that all cheese is easy to make. The subject came up tonight at soccer, and I wonder if I can't find a local cheese shop to make some soft cheeses and see if it's as rewarding as Monk, a great aficionado of cheeses, would have you believe. I am looking for a hobby.

The idea of breast milk-based cheese was also brought up, but I'm pretty sure the milk banks would catch on to me. Eventually they'd ask me what the name of my baby was, and I'd just say, "Baby?!"

I should just stick to cows.
