Allergies Notwithstanding

i blame the sea: "The Best Thing to do in Victoria (or anywhere else that is plentifully blossomy) in the spring is to find a blossom tree of some kind that is ready to shed its flowers, take hold of a handy branch, and SHAKE. It almost makes up for there being no snow in the winter."
