Music & Wine: All Wines Are Worthy Of Decanting
I don't know about all wines, but I totally need to invest in one of these "decanters" now that Monk has found an Oregonian red he likes. I think it'll make the flavor much more vibrant than when we had it in Portland sans decanting.

Oh, what is it? You should try some of the wines from the Umpqua Valley in Oregon... that's where my family has their vineyard.
Fair enough. Not *all* wines, but most reds I encounter do better with 30-60 minutes of air.
