Dear Chapter XIV of House of Leaves, the one that discusses Karen's affair with the slimeball actor: fuck you.
I took some pills to try to get to sleep. They don't seem to be working, though they have made me very thirsty. I've had worse nights than this, but this one is still kicking me in the ribs.

I'd say I was sorry, but I'm not, just keep going. It is important in the grand scheme of things. For both you and the book. Although by now I believe you've figured out that the book is just as much a journey through you as it is throught the pages. Just stay on the path and you'll make it to the center of the layrinthine tale in one peice, perhaps a changed piece, but one whole piece.
