Grind
Four hours of sleep last night, and I realize that I cannot sustain this kind of lifestyle. I would never even want to do so.
I fell asleep by listening to a TV channel in the 400s, one of the ones that play nothing but music. It was smooth jazz. I turned the TV off and left the audio receiver on and I think it kind of helped. It was a hell of a lot better than trying to fall asleep listening to Aretha Franklin belt out "Takin' Another Man's Place" on the next channel up.
Feel like hell. Not eating properly.
Took a new way to work this morning. Don't know if it's faster, but it doesn't go through Tower City, so that at least is a bright spot in my day.
