monotone: doesn't immediately suck

Initial tests of monotone suggest that it functions similarly to a cross between git and Codeville, and it doesn't exactly suck, per se.

The jury remains undecided, but the cross-platform support is phenomenal compared to Darcs, primarily because, though unencrypted by default, it actually works.
