Peter Whiting on NPR

I overheard my favorite geology professor give an interview on 90.3 FM, the local NPR station, regarding his research on how global warming will effect Northeastern Ohio. It was the typical kind of interview we've all grown used to, a quote-unquote "journalist" just reading off of her notes and injecting key soundbites of the actual interviewee's thoughts in places. Very fragmented, very light on real news.

All I really got from it is that in a few years, global warming will increase polluiton and turn Cleveland's weather into Cincinnati's, swelling our summers with a lot of days that reach 90 degrees and above. Still, I'm happy to hear his voice.
