I used to find myself watching turn signals to match frequencies a lot. Now, I'm not even 100% on the formula I'm supposed to use.

If I remember correctly, To > Ti and F = (To - Ti) / (To x Ti).

I believe that F = 1 / T, so instead of F in the above formula, try using P for "periodicity".
