This is post number 1,400
I'm celebrating my fourteen-hundredth post by talking about a subject that I feel is very important: eighties TV.
Q. Who is Cosmo Genovese?
A. Cosmo Genovese has the coolest name in Hollywood. If you pay attention to the end credits (back when TV shows still had end credits and not just a blur of letters in the lower quarter of the screen while news and ads filled the rest of the screen), you might notice that Cosmo Genovese was a script supervisor for The A-Team.
He also did supervision for Perry Mason in the sixties, Rat Patrol, and Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight, as well as Star Trek: The Next Generation, where his utterly awesome name garnered some attention.
If I ever change my name, I hope I change it to something as cool as Cosmo Genovese. Ah, the things you learn when watching a Mr. T marathon on TV Land.
