The Disappointment of Cold Tea

Drinking my morning cup of tea today has, just like yesterday, been like a series of Herculean labors. Yesterday, though I made no changes in my preparation procedure, the final result was at best lukewarm and flavorless. Today the tea itself is hot, but like yesterday I'm having a hard time finding the time to drink it.

The end result is the same: tepid bitterness, the disappointment of a friend who came to visit you for fun and relaxation, only to find you mired in woe and of no cheer to anyone. I've failed you, my tea, and for that I am sorry.
