Sign that it's going to be a bad day: a server you kinda really need has a busted up RAID array and you don't have a spare disk to swap in.

Sign that it's going to be a good day: your boss has no problems OK'ing you to buy a replacement drive off of eBay for twenty bucks.

Sign that it's going to be a great day: you tune into the Deep House channel on di.fm for the first time in forever and it starts playing one of your favorite songs. (It's Alexkid's "Come With Me", if you're curious.)
