"I'm a Beta Unit"
I love betas. I still have a CD of Windows 5.0 Workstation somewhere. I helped test Windows XP SP2, if you can call what I did "helping".
I love running OpenBSD-current. I had a Gmail account about three weeks before everybody in the whole wide world did, but months after they'd ceased to be a hot commodity and invites were a rare gift given to trusted friends and family.
I've been running Mozilla Firefox since the version 0.x days. I've been using Monad for months. I gave feedback to Fog Creek Copilot that they liked so much they put it on their testimonials page.
What I'm trying to say is that what everybody else is using isn't good enough for me. I gotta be on the cutting edge. This is why I'm happy to announce that I'm now part of the Windows Live Messenger Beta program. A caveat: "Messenger Beta requires Windows XP or later." Boo.
