If you like watching that Discovery Channel show MythBusters (and I do), then you are intimately familiar with ballistics gel. Ballistics gel is really just a big lump of gelatin that has a density similar to human tissue. Before being used by the barrelful on MythBusters, the gel was primarily relegated to serious forensic applications.
