Blu-ray Technology is Here

I almost bought the ultra-deluxe version of The Fifth Element, even though Erica already owns it on DVD. Save your money, folks: it and about 20 other titles are coming to you in Blu-ray format. I'm looking forward to this tech to eventually trickle down to reasonable prices I can afford. The Fifth Element will look fantastic, and I'm excited by the concept of pumping 25 GB of data into Keanu Reeves's wooden performance in Bram Stoker's Dracula. (Blu-ray Monica Bellucci writhing around with him like a whore holds promise, too.)
