The TweakUI Tips
It's always a good time for a refresher. In this case, Raymond Chen wrote a nifty uberapplication called "TweakUI" back in the day for Windows 95 that's so useful I wouldn't even consider running a Windows machine without it installed. (I've been really disappointed in the layout and utility of TweakUI for Windows XP, but even when it's disappointing it's a must-have. You can imagine how valuable it was in the Windows 9x days.)
One of TweakUI's neat features was its tips: little things about the subtle features and options of the operating system that you probably wouldn't learn otherwise. One of my newest favorite blogs, Coding Horror, provides us with the output of "strings tweakui.exe":

I think all this goes to show just how frickin' awesome Raymond Chen can be. (Someone should probably tell him that the Doctor Who 2005 DVDs are going to be released in North America right around Valentine's Day 2006, as I know he's waiting for them.)
