Tattoos I'm Considering

You all probably know I want to get a big Blowfish tattoo sometime in my life.

But I think I also want to get "chmo" "d755" tattooed on my knuckles. Why?

Because the entire concept of Windows user/group-level ACL security sucks. It really does. There are so many god-damned bells and whistles availble to you that it's easy to miss some slight misconfiguration and, bottom line, you can't control your own files even when the config looks fine. As a system administrator, I need to be able to open, move, and delete any file that gets put on the system. The nerve of the operating system to permit a file to exist that does not allow Full Control by members of the Administrators group!

UNIX doesn't have this problem. I'd be willing to put that in ink. On my body.
