No, I wanted de-scending!

I swear to God that every time I turn around — literally — this Visual Studio .NET installer running on the PC behind me keeps increasing the "Estimated time remaining" value. First 18 minutes, then 19, 23, 25, 33, and now it's 39. Shouldn't it be going the other way?
