Beer commercials in the United States are all tits and parties. When a really smart beer commercial comes around, it's usually from another country.

I have to give credit to the latest attempt from $GENERIC_US_BEER_COMPANY, which involves a series of commercials set in a courtroom. My favorite is where, to defend the taste of the beer, the attorney calls a certain former member of the rap group Public Enemy to the stand as an expert witness. When the prosecution objects to his credentials, the attorney announces "Your Honor, this man's legal name is Flavor Flav!" To which Flavor Flav simply responds with an enthusiastic "Yeah, boy!"

That's the best America can do. Makes me glad Australians drink.
