People who can't work their own e-mail should be shot.

People who use Microsoft Exchange should be shot.

People who write "haven't heard from you in a while" messages should be shot on condition that, when I answered your message (promptly) the first time, I went into my mail logs and verified with mine own eyes that your own damn mail server accepted it with a 250 OK response. Once I see that, getting the message becomes your responsibility. Maybe you should get your shit together. These messages are important sometimes.
