Notacon: Promoted

In light of receiving my Notacon pre-registration in the mail today, I have upgraded Notacon in my Bloglines from "Misc" to its own category: in addition to its LiveJournal community, Notacon also has its own RSS news feed and a feed for its forums as well.

Three feeds for one item warrants its own category, and with something as awesome as Notacon, it doesn't deserve to be lumped into "Misc" along with the likes of Albedo and Outpost Gallifrey.
