Today, I am Mr. Get-Back-To. I leave a voicemail for a rep at my company's ISP. He gets back to me in under five minutes. I send an e-mail message off to our president and her response is sitting in my inbox 31 seconds later. If this is what they mean by "business at the speed of thought", then I like it.
