My Current Theory: Hurricanes Make You Stupid

The Red Cross issued $2,000 debit cards to survivors of Hurricane Katrina, and apparently one idiot proudly held hers up to an idiot photographer. The idiot photographer then snapped a pic of her with the card, and posted it to the Internet so everybody could see all the information on it.

Seriously, what kind of world puts $2,000 in the hands of this mouth-breather while Mozart died like a pauper?
