Something good: upgrading OpenSSH on my iBook forced me to install newer versions of zlib and OpenSSL.

Something bad: the method by which I installed OpenSSL rendered the machine unbootable.

I hope to hell I can boot off the Tiger DVD and salvage it. God, just give me a shell. That's all I ask.
