Worth a Look

I have no experience with this software and cannot vouch for its quality or performance: sshwindows.sf.net: OpenSSH for Windows

It seems like a good idea: a free package that installs and service-ifies OpenSSH for Windows using Cygwin binaries without actually doing a complete Cygwin install. I'll endorse this software once I've determined if it is faster and easier than configuring OpenSSH under Cygwin by hand, and that the finished product is not braindead in any way.
