CBC News: U.S. moves to extend daylight time

There's a good chance that Daylight Saving Time is going to be extended until November in the U.S. this year. This is a typical American response to 1) a need for energy-conservation and 2) being at war, two things that the U.S. is kind of all up ons at the moment.
