Ah, Such Eloquence

The complete text of an e-mail message I just received:

I cannot open the email because it is too big? 15MB?

This is followed by an eleven-line disclaimer/confidentiality notice. I am not making this up. The message makes no mention of what kind of problem the user is experiencing, or which file is "too big".

I love my job. And by love, I mean hate.
