As of the 2005-03-01 12:27 nightly build, Mozilla Thunderbird now has basic support for the Mail-Followup-To and Mail-Reply-To headers. You still need to edit your "prefs.js" file in order to be able to create your own MFT headers, but this is simple and nothing new: I hacked it into my prefs.js months ago.
