Bruised and Confused

I don't remember anything that happened between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM yesterday. I was drugged. During that time, four teeth were pulled out of my head and now I have a sore neck, shoulders, and armpits for some ungodly reason.

Now, I look to find I've got bruises on my armpits.

Would someone please tell me why I have these bruises? Just how badly did my surgery go that they had to bruise my armpits?
