It's time for a grassroots campaign of the nerdiest caliber
This is important. This means something. Pay attention.
In a conference call, Apple head honcho Steve Jobs casually dismissed the idea of Ogg Vorbis support for the iTunes Music Store because there was no demand from customers for it.
It's time to show him what real demand looks like. I've already voted with my wallet: the sexy new 4th-gen iPods are coming out soon, but I'm not buying one because they don't play Oggs. But that's only half the battle. We Ogg users have to explain to Apple why their iPod sales are merely outstanding, rather than exceptionally amazingly outstanding.
So I gave them some feedback with their online feedback form. Please visit it and tell the folks who make iTunes what you think of it. And if you're feeling generous, kindly ask them to support the Ogg format, not only for the good of their software, but for the good of mankind.
Divided we fall, my brothers.

Talking to a company through the internet is a complete waste of your time. You may as well be talking to your own back wall for all the attention they'll pay you. If you really want them to take notice, you'll have to start sending them actual, physical missives. Start up a letter-writing campaign if you're really serious about getting them to pay attention.
