The fact that British ISPs are blocking Wikipedia because of album covers is ridiculous. I could understand being upset by the possibility of looking at some ten-year-old's noobs, but the little baby bob on the cover of Nirvana's Nevermind? Seriosuly.
There are plenty of worse album covers in the world that would pop out your monocles. Most of 'em don't even have girls what got no clothes on.

One of the saddest things about Britain is that it's an order magnitude more hysterical about pædophilia than even the US. This is not intended as a justification; I'm just saying I'm unsurprised, if still rather disappointed.
