I have some real questions about SF's lawmakers. I mean, this is the second time (first was the gay marriage thing) where they've attempted to pass a law that conflicts with state statutes. I'm not sure that they understand the extent to which their authority extends. Just because you're a government doesn't mean that you're the government.
no need to go all the way there. seattle has plenty, they're just not legal.
